 Since our parents
death, there are the 5 girls left (Madeleine, Sheila, Renee, Michelle, and
Margot) and we live in different areas. Emily and I live here in Virginia
(not far from Washington, DC). Our home is in an Independent Living
Facility for Senior and [Dis]abled Citizens. It has lovely surroundings
and a large pond across the back with geese, ducks, and birds. There's
even a rumor that an alligator lives in the pond. (Watch out and don't put
your tootsies in the water!) Though confined to a wheelchair due to
Multiple Sclerosis, I live independently and also belong to the local Catholic Parish. Siamese Cats and Manatees are my
passion. I've made some close internet
friends thru The Siamese Internet Cat Club (SICC) and Heavens Angels. Meekin stays with Emily and me.
Jennifer and Lauren are my favorite nieces and I so enjoy their visits. They live closeby with their parents. Renee is their mom and my twin sister. Zachary is my nephew who lives much further away with his mother, Margot. Madeleine also lives closeby in Virginia while Michelle lives in Massachusetts.
On March 18, 2000, it was nice to finally meet Zachary. The weather was on our side; food was yummy; we enjoyed the day and visited with the ducks
and geese out back. Michelle was unable to share in the festivities however she did come back for a surprise visit the following Christmas!         Christmastime Memories:      Meezer by Lucy
